SuperAdmins and Admins can view and edit the information associated with each Agent on the Agents Page.

To get to the Agents Page:

  1. Click on the Settings icon in the bottom, left corner
  2. Select "Team Settings"
  3. Make sure "Agents" is selected in the left sidebar

On the Agents page, you'll see a list of the names of your Agents along with their Role, Status, and when they were last seen. You can filter by any of these headings by clicking on them. Click on the heading again to switch between ascending and descending order.

Use the dropdown menu at the top of the page to filter your Agents by Crew. Select a Crew and only Agents who have joined that Crew will show up in the list.

Search for a particular Agent by using the search bar to the right of the Crew filter dropdown. You can search for an Agent by name or email.

Viewing and Editing Agent Information

  1. Go to Settings icon in the bottom, left corner and select Team Settings
  2. Make sure "Agents" is selected in the left sidebar
  3. Click on the name of an Agent in the list
  4. In the popup:
    1. You can edit the Agent's First name, Last name, or Email address by clicking on the field and typing.
    2. Change the Agent's Role by selecting the circle next to one of the other options
    3. The selected options in the Crew Settings section indicates which Crews the Agent has been invited to. To add them to an additional Crew, use the dropdown to select another Crew.
    4. The Conversations section shows the Conversations that the Agent has joined. Click on one of them to be taken to that Conversation.
    5. At the top of the popup, you can click the three dots (...) to suspend an Agent, or reset their password. Once you suspend an Agent, you can then click the three dots again to remove them altogether from your company's TABLE account, or activate them again.
    6. Click "Save" at the bottom of the popup to save your changes.
